We are proud to announce our new Single Strand Wire Saw. You can purchase the wire saw as a Gantry type, like in the pictures, or a Stationary type, with a cart.
The Wilson Single Strand Wire Saw is cutting anywhere from 60 to 90 square feet per hour, depending on the type of rock that you are cutting. Wire breakage is averaging 120 hours, unlike some of our competitors that have breakage every 6 to 20 hours.
Wilson has worked with several wire companies to get the best possible speed rates and cost per foot. The wire saw used to be seen as an expensive option to sawing tall blocks, but not anymore. With our new programming and design, wire sawing has become very affordable. We also manufacture all of our wire saw wheels in our facility, so down time is kept at a minimum.
We are offering the wire saw at a very affordable price to compete with the current market. This particular wire saw is able to saw up to a 6'4" tall block. Give us a call and let us quote a wire saw for you.
